LOCATION: Come watch Ohio Roller Derby at the Ohio Expo Center – 717 E. 17th Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43211. Games will take place in the Lausche Building (February 28, May 9, May 23), the Rhodes Center (March 14), and Kasich Hall (April 4).

PARKING: The Expo Center charges $7 per vehicle for parking. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Parking is northwest of the venue, in the lots just south of Historic Crew Stadium. COTA bus lines 4, 8, & 22 also stop nearby.

SEATING: Accessible seating will be available. No outside chairs are permitted.

CONCESSIONS: Schmidt’s Sausage Haus will have concessions, and Ohio Roller Derby merchandise will be available for purchase. Folks who purchase tickets will receive more detailed information about venue navigation and everything else they need to know before they go.

WHAT’S HAPPENING: Roller derby is a full-contact sport, and the action on the track is fast, so sometimes things can get confusing! Check out our About Roller Derby page for more info. On game day, we’ll help you follow along with information in your program and insightful commentary from our knowledgeable announcers.

FAN ACCESS: One of the best things about roller derby is how accessible the athletes are – roller derby players really love talking to our fans! Please feel free to flag us down when you see us roll past. We’ll sign autographs and pose for photos – we will entertain most reasonable requests! We strive to make our games kid-friendly, and we love to see your little skater tots cheering in the stands! Children 7 and under are always admitted free.

CODE OF CONDUCT:Weapons, non-service animals, megaphones, whistles, or other items deemed inappropriate, harmful, or hazardous by staff are prohibited. No banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, contain objectionable subject matter, or are commercial in nature. No clothing with slurs or content that suggests or condones harassment, discrimination, or abuse. No smoking near the building entrances. Professional video cameras, still photography, and audio recorders require prior authorization. No one under 18 in trackside seating. We ask that all participants, including fans, follow the WFTDA Code of Conduct. Failure to follow these Codes of Conduct may result in being removed from the event or denied entry by OHRD staff or venue security.
